InnovateHQ Office Space

InnovateHQ is a workplace renovation for a growing team that had outgrown a largely open-plan office. Collaboration was easy, but calls, focused work, and small meetings were all happening at desks, which made the room feel noisy and hard to manage.

What needed solving

The brief was to give staff more choice without breaking the team into isolated rooms. The office also needed adaptable spaces for presentations and workshops, plus better storage so equipment and supplies did not accumulate across shared tables.

Design approach

We organised the floor plan into shared project tables, quieter work zones, informal meeting corners, and a flexible presentation area. Timber screens and shelving define each zone while keeping daylight moving through the space, and acoustic finishes reduce distraction.
